To get help faster, write from the same email address you used in your purchase and tell us the name of the product. That is usually all we need to find your order.

I did not receive my access email

First check your spam and promotions folders, since automatic emails sometimes land there. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend your access straight away. You can also reach your materials through the confirmation page shown right after payment.

I want a refund

Every purchase is covered by the money-back guarantee stated on the product page, which is never shorter than 7 days (30 days when no period is stated), with no questions asked. Just send us an email asking for it. The full process is described in our Refund Policy.

I see a charge I do not recognize

Charges may appear on your statement as BEDROCK ATLAS or under the name of the product or store you bought from. If you see two charges of similar value, it is usually the main product plus an optional complementary item offered at checkout, each presented with its own price before payment. Write to us with the amounts and dates and we will identify exactly what was purchased. If something was charged in error, we refund it immediately.
