These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of digital products sold by Bedrock Atlas LLC ("Bedrock Atlas", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, through bedrockatlasllc.com and the product pages, checkouts and access areas operated by us or on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We develop and sell 100% digital products: activity libraries, printable resources, guides, templates, visual manuals and other educational materials, delivered as PDF files and other downloadable or online formats through an access area.
All materials are created by our own team. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no third-party fulfillment involved.
2. Delivery
Access is delivered immediately after payment approval, through two parallel channels:
- you are redirected to a confirmation page that gives you direct access to your materials; and
- the same access link is sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you cannot find your access email, please check your spam or promotions folder, then write to contact@bedrockatlasllc.com. We will resend your access.
3. Payment and pricing
Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment providers, including card processors and digital wallets. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Prices are displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment, in the currency indicated there. Any optional add-on is presented as a separate item with its own price before you confirm.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page and at checkout, all purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. License of use
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or professional use, including printing them as many times as you need for that purpose.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to file-sharing platforms, or claim authorship of the materials, in whole or in part. All content remains the intellectual property of Bedrock Atlas LLC or its licensors.
5. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by the money-back guarantee stated on the product page, which is never shorter than 7 days (30 days when no period is stated). Full details and how to request a refund are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Educational purpose and disclaimer
Our materials are educational and informational resources. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, they do not provide a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you apply the materials in your own context.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our websites or products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other customers' access areas, and not to interfere with the normal operation of our services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products are provided "as is", and Bedrock Atlas LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the materials. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
